We're an agribusiness-only recruitment practice based on the Sunshine Coast, working with operators, growers and corporate agribusinesses across Australia. Scroll to learn more about the people behind National Agri-Solutions.
I grew up on, in and around farms. My first taste of agriculture was during a two-year trip around Australia when I was six years old. My father and mother along with my sister and two dogs did a lap of the country in a caravan. The trip was funded by my parents working on agricultural businesses of all shapes and sizes: a sheep property in Moree, a prawn trawler in Iluka, an apple orchard in Robinvale, and a banana farm in Tully — just to name a few.
Once settled, we lived on a property just outside of Kingaroy where I went to high school. After graduating from university I spent a couple of years honing my people, time and technology management skills in the education sector. In 2014 an opportunity arose to get into the agricultural industry as a recruitment consultant. Since then I've been supporting agribusinesses across Australia with their recruitment strategies — as a consultant, and more recently as Managing Director of National Agri-Solutions.
I'm passionate about agribusiness, technology and recruitment. I value honesty and straightforward communication — they're essential for developing genuine friendships and mutually beneficial partnerships across the industry. As a recruiter, I'm driven to have a positive impact on Australian agribusiness.
We are passionate about agribusiness, technology and recruitment, and interested in developing genuine friendships and mutually beneficial partnerships.
