This branch is one of regional Australia’s leading agricultural machinery dealerships and proud Dealer of the Year 2025, representing world-class brands including Case IH and New Holland.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Griffith branch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional customer outcomes, and run a branch like it’s their own.

About the role

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability and day-to-day leadership of the Griffith branch.

You’ll lead from the front — setting the standard across customer service, team culture, operational efficiency and commercial performance — while identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring the branch continues to strengthen its market position.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading and developing a high-performing branch team across sales, parts and service

  • Driving branch profitability, performance and sustainable growth

  • Managing branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and strong commercial outcomes

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues with professionalism and care

  • Monitoring branch financial performance including P&L, budgets, margins, inventory and write-offs

  • Identifying opportunities to improve market share, customer retention and branch performance

  • Supporting recruitment, staff development, coaching and performance management

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience in agricultural machinery, equipment, automotive, heavy diesel, or a related industry

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing branch performance, budgets and profitability

  • Confidence leading teams, developing people and driving accountability

  • Strong operational capability with the ability to improve systems, processes and efficiency
